A physically challenged man identified as Ibrahim O. Omotosho has taken to Twitter to reveal the sad experience he had at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB).
“@gtbank Abeokuta Branch, when will you make your banking hall wheelchair accessible? After being kept under the sun for close to 2hrs I just had to do something.
I drove straight to their security van and parked behind the vans. This alerted the security guys and they came towards me.

I explained my plight and it was a scene. Eventually, I was asked to go back to the parking lot and they would send someone to come attend to me.
I still had to wait for almost another 40 minutes under the sun. @gtbank this is quite pathetic to say the least. Do better please. This is the umpteenth time.”
