American filmmaker and Director, Zack Snyder lost his 20-year old daughter, Autumn, to suicide in March 2017.
She was the third of his eight children, adopted from China with his first wife, Denise Weber. At the time of her death, Snyder was working on the movie Justice League, but he left post-production, and Joss Whedon was brought in to finish reshoots.
In 1991, Willie Nelson’s son Billy, 33, hanged himself in his family’s Tennessee cabin following a period of financial difficulty.
Slyvia Plath’s son, Nicholas Hughes in 2009 hanged himself 46 years after his mother committed suicide.
