Chelsea striker, Tammy Abraham and legend, Didier Drogba has reacted to allegations that his teammate Antonio Rudiger was one of those responsible for Frank Lampard’s sacking.
Lampard was dismissed by the Blues on Monday following his side’s poor recent results and replaced by Thomas Tuchel the next day.
Reports claimed Rudiger was among those who caused a disruption in the dressing room which ultimately led to Lampard’s departure, with speculation he clashed with the likes of club captain Cesar Azpilicueta.
But Abraham took to social media on Tuesday evening to rubbish the rumours.
Posting on Twitter, the England forward said, “Hearing some mad stuff about @ToniRudiger on social media today. Complete nonsense. Toni is a big bro to all of us.”

Chelsea legend Didier Drogba responded soon afterwards, calling for unity in the squad to help turn around the poor recent form.
‘Well said Son, THIS IS THE WAYYY!!!” he posted. “Stick together, get results and the fans will forgive you everything.
“Critics hurts but when you are together it makes tou (sic) stronger and better.”
Tuchel took charge of his first training session on Tuesday afternoon and will oversee his first game in charge when Chelsea take on Wolves on Wednesday.
Speaking after he was announced as the new boss, Tuchel said: “I would like to thank Chelsea FC for their confidence in me and my staff.
“We all have the greatest respect for Frank Lampard’s work and the legacy he created at Chelsea.
“At the same time, I cannot wait to meet my new team and compete in the most exciting league in football.
“I am grateful to now be part of the Chelsea family – it feels amazing!”
Chelsea are currently languishing down in 10th place in the table and after they clash against Wolves take on Burnley on Sunday before a London derby against Tottenham the following Thursday.
