While on stage, an excited fan held one of his legs and refused to let go. This caused a mild drama as fans started screaming and bodyguards struggled to release Wizkid’s leg to avoid a fall on stage. However, it was unsuccessful for some minutes as Wizkid fell on stage while the fan held onto the leg. Recall that Wizkid made record in London after he sold out tickets for his concert at the o2 Arena in London. One of his tracks from his ‘Made in Lagos’ album ‘Essence’ has continued to make waves across the world as celebrities dance and vibe to it. The PUNCH reports that the police have released the corpse of a 12-year-old student of Dowen College, Lagos, Sylvester Oromoni, to his family for burial. This was after an autopsy was conducted to ascertain the cause of his death. The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Adekunle Ajisebutu, made this known on Friday. Mrs Chimebere Ahamonu, a businesswoman, has narrated to an Ikeja Special Offences Court, Lagos State, how she raised a ransom of $420,000 for the release of her husband, Mr Sylvanus Ahamon, allegedly abducted by a suspected kidnap kingpin, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike aka Evans. A man suspected to be a thief has been found dead under a parked vehicle at a mechanic workshop in Ago Egun area of Idiroko border, Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State. The man was reportedly seen under the vehicle with a hydraulic jack and spanners, fuelling speculations that he was about removing some parts of the vehicle when he died. It was rumoured that the jack he used in lifting the vehicle failed and the vehicle fell on him, leading to his death. The Commander of the Ogun State Government-owned So-Safe Corps, Soji Ganzalo, confirmed that the Idiroko Division of the Corps reported that, "while on routine patrol, a dead body of a man suspected to be on a theft mission was found with an hydraulic jack and some set of spanners."
