How do you count your cycle days?
There are days called
• safe days
• Fertile days
• ovulation days and
• Period days
Every woman’s cycle is different, longer and shorter with 28 days being the most Common. Starting from the first day of your period; day 1-4 are your Period days, day 5-9 are your safe days. Every 10-16 are your fertile days, meaning you can get pregnant if you make love any of these days. Day 14-15 are your ovulation days, you are definitely going to get pregnant if you have sex on these days
Day 17-28 are your safe days again. Avoiding pregnancy is simple, just stick to your safe days and explore the abyss of sensations.
2. Spermicide
Yeah! What’s that?. Spermicide is a kind of contraceptive that kills sperm. It is inserted vaginally prior to intercourse. This helps slow down sperm, thereby weakening it and preventing pregnancy. If used alone, spermicide should be inserted deep into the cervix at least 10 minutes before intercourse.
However, spermicide is known to be about 71 percent reliable and remains effective for 60 minutes.
Spermicides can be bought at drugstores or online. Talk with your doctor before using, and about the most effective ways to use spermicide as a means to prevent pregnancy.
