The lady herself is also a barber and before she begins to work on the customer, she engages him in a romantic kiss.

The kiss returns intermittently during the haircut and before the whole process comes to an end, the customer gets a satisfactory result and has a reason to return to the shop even before a strand of hair starts sprouting on his head.

The video has greatly shocked some netizens as they wonder why the owners of the place came up with such weird propaganda to attract customers.

The federal government has forwarded to Lagos lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) information on fuel importation and sundry matters. The requested information was forwarded to the lawyer by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) which was acting on the directive of the Minister of state, Petroleum Resources, Dr Ibe Kachukwu as requested in his letter to the minister dated April 17, 2018.
