Shocking! Missing Bodies of little Children tracked down drifting in a stream

Ngcobo said the little Children were identified by family members as the children who went missing on Sunday, 20 August.

Two toddlers who were reported missing this week have been found deceased and their bodies floating in uMvuzane River in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).

The KwaMsane Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) had appealed to the members of the public for assistance in locating the two toddlers.

According to police, the two minors were last seen on 20 August 2022 at 14:00 at their home at Ogengele in Mtubatuba.

Both victims were described as having light in complexion and having short hair during the search.

KZN police spokesperson, Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobo said KwaMsane police were called to Ogengele area near uMvuzane River where two bodies were found in the river on Thursday, 25 August

Ngcobo said the toddlers were identified by family members as the children who went missing on Sunday, 20 August.

“An inquest docket was opened at KwaMsane SAPS.,” Ngcobo said.

In another incident, the lifeless body of two-year-old Neo Refemetswe Tlhame from Extension 3, Blydeville outside Lichtenburg was found in a shallow grave on Tuesday, 5 July 2022.

The toddler was last seen on 24 May 2022 and was reported missing a few days later. He was wearing a blue top with red stars, blue pants and blue shoes – the same clothes he was wearing on the photograph that was circulated by the police during his search.

Police were reportedly called by Neo’s mother after they spotted a suspicious grave near the river.

The grave was dug out and the decomposed body of young Neo was identified with the clothes that he was wearing on the day of his disappearance.
