Famous Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has reacted after being called out by Isaac Fayose, over the poor state of a pepper soup acquired at her restaurant.
The brother to the former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, had called out the actress for selling him a plate of pepper soup that cost N7K and was filled with bones.
The actress went on Instagram live to give a detailed explanation of her side of the story and her reasons for her actions.
She also explained all the steps she and her management took to correct the situation and appease the customer.
According to her, she was not angry he spoke to Toyin Lawani first because that was a way to get the message across to her immediately, she was only pissed off because he posted the video on social media after reporting her to Tiannah.

@dustin14u: In all honesty, you’re to be blamed. Iyabo Ojo the person is different from Abula the restaurant, even though you own it. Your management should have responded to it without your involvement. Even if he was clout chasing, you’re obviously an accessory to it by getting involved. This is a learning experience for you as a person. You employed your management for a reason, let them do their job. Under no circumstances should you have engaged any customer that patronize your business. Bad for business, bad for your mental health. Apologies for being blunt.
@diamond_lady137: Sorry to say the man is not mature at all , same things happen to me in lekki today , a very well know restaurant in lekki, I went there to eat Amala and catfish along the line I discovered the catfish is not cook well and not done inside, but as mature and smart lady I keep quiet 🤐 because they have a lot customers over der , and I saw another man in my side complain to them too, I hold on till dey came to my table and ask me what is there any problem? and I told the lady the catfish is not done and confirm it too immediately and apologize to me and ask what I want they are ready to do it, I just told them to just help me cook it well for 15 minutes and pack it in takeaway for me , and they do that and I go on my own , what am try to say here ma’am is the has bad intention of doing that , by posting it alone is bad 😞 something he did , please be careful you trust mama, you will never go down 💕💕💕 please where is your restaurant let me invite my friend there to eat some good food jare 😍

You people keep saying customers are always right that’s why you take your nonchalant attitude out there doing all sought of rubbish. Why can he wait for 24-72hrs? What have you pple done to banks that will tell you to wait for 5working days ontop ur hard earned money? I saw one comment in the comments section says stop attaching emotions to business Like seriously I don’t just want to tag her bcos what she said was absolutely nonsense. If you really mean well for your customer, you won’t come on social media to tarnish her image knowing fully well the fault is from her staffs. These things happens regularly even in Kilomajaro, Genesis, Big Treat and other smaller restaurants. Just yesterday i bought rice and chicken 3,400 my daughter of 7years couldn’t eat the rice, i told her to eat the chicken,the worse they used 50naira salt for just the chicken lap. In essence what I’m saying is that we shouldn’t forget most staffs are the cause of all these problems. We can only try our best to reach out to the owners to call their staffs to order bcos if we accept refund or complimentary we should be prepared to give double if it happens to us because we have our own businesses too and our staffs can unknowingly or knowingly hurt our customers.
