Update: “Spend your money, you no gree.” – Netizens reacts as Nigerian man opens his saving box and finds it filled with rotten notes.

Netizens have reacted to the sad video of a man who lost all his savings because the notes decayed in the box he saved them in.

The man took the box to his bank to lay a complaint but the naira notes were damaged beyond repair after being kept in a metal container that seemed to have rusted.

People who were at the scene expressed their shock and pain with the situation and recommended people always store their money in banks to avoid depressing tales.
