Caleb, also known as "Killa K" or "Double K," made occasional appearances on the reality show, where he and Tammy documented their ongoing struggle with weight issues. The couple first met at a rehabilitation facility in Ohio in 2022, where they sought treatment for obesity. They got married the same year.


In May, the couple decided to separate due to Caleb's reported failure to adhere to his prescribed diet. Tammy was reportedly preparing to file for divorce before the unfortunate passing of Caleb.
