A man identified as Sean Maurice, has been jailed for stabbing his 52-year-old father, Paul Maurice to death. Sean who was handed a 10-year jail sentence, stabbed his father more than 30 times in the back and reportedly claimed he sexually abused him. The 31-year-old who admitted manslaughter was arrested after an alarm was raised by the victim’s next-door neighbours in Bromley, south-east London. Prosecutor William Emlyn Jones KC said car salesman Paul told the couple he did not want to die as he collapsed bleeding on their doorstep after the attack. As he was being treated by emergency services, a police officer asked him who was responsible and he replied: “Sean.” Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 11.56pm. Following a brief manhunt, Sean was found a few hours later, running through back gardens nearby. A “WaterWorld” performer at Universal Studios Hollywood has been hospitalized after taking a 30-foot drop into a tank. The incident happened during a Monday show at the theme park. A British man who had been involved in a ‘bitter’ family feud over properties left to him by his late mother has reportedly been shot dead in Jamaica. Michael Brown, 48, was shot and killed in his bed while visiting relatives in Mike Town, Manchester early on Thursday morning, January 19. According to a Police report, Brown was in an unfinished section of a house in the community and was pounced upon by gunmen at approximately 12.20am Thursday. Spice Cottage, in the village of Westbourne, West Sussex, UK, shared its promotional video on Facebook. In the video, diners can be seen tucking into meals as waiters attend to customers in the clip, which ends with a round of applause for the staff. The venue posted the video on January 16. A woman then took to the comment section to claim she saw her husband in the video and she asked the restaurant when they filmed the video. A stunned pig about to be slaughtered killed a butcher at a slaughterhouse in Hong Kong. Police said that the 61-year-old butcher had shot the animal with a stun gun in order to slaughter it. However, the pig regained consciousness and knocked him over. A colleague at the Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse in northern Hong Kong found the butcher with a meat cleaver still in his hand and an injured left foot. While police have not yet determined the cause of death, it appears the butcher was knocked over by the struggling pig on Friday, Jan. 20, and sustained a wound from the 15 inch blade. The butcher was taken to hospital but was later certified dead. Hong Kong’s Labour Department has launched an investigation and will recommend safety improvements. The Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, has ordered the remand of five men in a correctional centre for the alleged murder of three women in Oyo State. The suspects, Oyetunji Omotayo, Akinlabi Michael, Oyetunji Rotimi, Adedokun Mathew and Wojuala Oluwatosin, were arraigned on Monday, January 23, 2023, for intentionally using their vehicle to crush the victims to death. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 1st January, 2023, in Akinmorin town, Afijio Local Government Area of Oyo State. The Police charged the five men with a three -count charge bordering on conspiracy, murder and obstruction of justice. Police prosecutor, ASP. Adewale Amos, told the court that Omotayo, Michael, Rotimi and Matthew conspired to commit the offence of murder. According to him, the four defendants on Jan. 1, at about 12.45 a.m at Akinmorin area, Oyo, unlawfully caused the death of three women, Olukemi Okeseyin, 60, Amoke Abiodun, 30, and Ayo Muyiwa, 24. “The accused, while driving a Toyo
