Following his father's assertion that a will thumbprinted by his late son is accessible, Mohbad's management released a fresh statement saying, "No member of Mohbad's management or lawyers have communicated the existence of a will or any of such thumbprinted document."

The late musician Mohbad's management has refuted the singer's father's allegations that a will the singer thumbprinted is presently in the hands of certain individuals.

Following his father's assertion that a will thumbprinted by his late son is accessible, Mohbad's management released a fresh statement saying, "No member of Mohbad's management or lawyers have communicated the existence of a will or any of such thumbprinted document."

The father questioned the validity of the will in an interview with TVC. He questioned why, at the age of 56, his father had not signed a will, while his son, who was 26 years old, had already done so.

Reacting to the bereaved father's claim, the late singer's management said no member of the management team nor his lawyers have communicated the existence of such a document to anyone. They also stated that the accounts of the late singer are currently on hold as a No Post Debit order has been placed on them since September 12, 2023.
